Grant Interest Form Instructions

The Grant Interest Form is intended to provide us with information about your organization and the proposed grant you are seeking. The Foundation can only make grants to 501(c)(3) organizations or government entities that operate in Nebraska or benefit Nebraskans.

If your organization meets the above requirements, we invite you to complete the grant interest form by clicking on the link below.  Once submitted, our board and your organization will receive a copy of the form via email.

The Board will review your Grant Interest Form and contact you if we would like you to complete the formal Grant Request Application.

Include what the grant is for, why you need the grant, who will benefit from the grant and what other community support you have for this grant. Keep this to ~1,000 characters.

Every grant request is important. Unfortunately, with limited resources, we cannot move every grant interest request onto the next level. You will be notified as to our interest in or our passing on obtaining additional information on this request. If we decide to proceed, we will send you a link to our grant application form for more detailed information concerning the potential grant.
